B bounces~ on his feet when excited! But he rocks on his feet when he's stressed out. He likes movement, he's actually quite fidgety in public. He swishes around his capes and robes a lot. He's prone the theatrical posing.
But the more relaxed he is, the more he winds down from all that movement. In private B lacks a lot of manic energy he has in public where he's being all bubbles. it's not that the fidgety version of B is false, it's just he feels differently in large groups than his smaller, more personal ones. In the privacy of his closest people he's instead much more touchy than he is with others. He spends a lot of time On Gold and C. And while he usually avoids crawling all over Silver the way he does Gold and C, he does lean on him and hold onto his arm on occasion.
In a way the broad gestures etc in public is a barrier and in private he lets that down and instead anchors himself to people.
B fairly often is biting back impulses to ground himself in less pleasant ways. He's considered several times things like. Digging his fingernails into himself to anchor himself in more stressed moments but has managed to not go down that path yet. But he probably be seen occasionally reaching to do so before stopping himself.
